Cornelius Group again exhibited at NutraFormulate - the main UK exhibition which brings together all major suppliers of food ingredients.
Cornelius showcased their innovative portfolio for bakery, beverage, confectionery, dairy, as well as sports nutrition, supplements etc.
The main focus of NutraFormulate 2013 was creative marketing - maximising the commercial advantages of health claims. Our team were on hand to discuss business requirements, explain the benefits of developing exciting new ranges with our products, as well as offer a chance to network with the world leading manufacturers on our stand.

"The fantastic success of the London Olympics and Paralympics has resulted in an increased interest in sports supplements. There seems to be a huge choice available, not only for the elite athletes, but also for "weekend warriors" and "charity champions". Products include well knowns such as creatine and whey protein, but also new products such as probiotics.
I also see products aimed at Healthy Ageing for the increase in older customers. This will be an important sector in the future. Experian are predicting that in 10 years time there will be 3 million more people in the UK over the age of 70, so an increase in the numbers of people wanting to look after their health..."
